macOS Installation

1. Double-click "Orion.Terminal.app.zip"

2. Double-click "Orion Terminal"

Tip: macOS will complain about malicious software, we are working on getting our Code Signing Certificates in place to prevent this in the future.

3. Click OK

4. Navigate to System Preferences -> Privacy & Security.

5. Scroll down until you get to the "Security" section. Click on Open Anyway.

6. macOS will say it can't be opened, click Open to silence this warning.

7. Keep the Privacy & Security window open (we'll need it again shortly), now Right Click on "Orion Terminal".

8. Click "Show Package Contents"

9. Click on "Contents"

10. Click on "Resources"

11. Double-click on "cli"

12. Once you see the green text "Connected to backend" Orion Terminal is working. However you will notice the warning regarding Input event monitoring, lets fix that. Navigate back to System Preferences -> Privacy and Security.

13. Click the Accessibility button

14. Toggle the switch on "Terminal".

15. Now navigate back to the "cli" file and Right Click

16. Click "Make Alias"

17. Type "Orion_Terminal [[Enter]]"

18. This alias will point to the cli, so you can store it in your favorites or Applications. Happy Trading!
